1. The Offers are applicable to all Mastercard cards issued in the following Asia Pacific countries, subject to the respective country's driving laws and permits:

North Asia: China, Guam, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, South Korea and Taiwan;

Southeast Asia and South Asia: Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam; and

Pacific: Australia, Fiji, French Polynesia, New Caledonia and New Zealand.

2. The Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other on-going promotions/offers, coupons/vouchers and loyalty/privilege cards.
