2. At participating airport lounges, present your HSBC Premier Travel Card and quote “Priority Pass” or present your Priority Pass Digital Membership Card together with your boarding pass.

• How many complimentary lounge access do I have?

Premier Travel Card customers have 10 free lounge access every calendar year. This resets on January 1, every year.

• How will I know which are the participating airport lounges?

You may visit https://www.prioritypass.com/airport-lounges* or download the Priority Pass app and search for airport lounges near you.

• Can I bring a guest with me to avail of the free airport lounge access?

Yes, Premier Travel Card customers can bring a guest with them. Their guest will use up 1 complimentary access of the Premier Travel Card customers.

• I’ve used up my 10 complimentary lounge access. Can I still avail of the Priority Pass airport lounges?

Yes, you can still avail of the Priority Pass airport lounges at a rate of USD35 per visit.

1. Eligible Customers must present the following at the participating Priority Pass airport lounges to avail of the service:

a. HSBC Premier Travel Card and quote “Priority Pass”, or their Priority Pass Digital Membership Card; and

b. Their boarding pass.

2. For a full list of the airport lounges, you may visit https://www. prioritypass.com* .

3. Customers can extend the complimentary lounge access to a guest provided that the Customer is physically present with their guest.

4. If a Customer exceeds the complimentary lounge access entitlement provided by HSBC, they can still avail of the lounge access at a rate of USD35 per visit which will be charged to his/her HSBC Credit Card.
